"Pretty farmhouse with a great pool and nice views. Staff speaks mostly Italian, we communicated mostly using google translate. During the day the farmhouse is very quiet, but in the evening after 2230 they organise wedding parties which can be vey loud and take until 0230AM. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was very nice with all sorts of nice cakes. Reception was closed when arrived, nobody was available to check us in. "We literally went from the airport in Rome after flying in from Bari at 10:00pm and left the next morning at 6:45. The owners greeted us, walked us to our room, got a cab for us to get to the airport the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning our cab was early and they sent us off with a bag full of snacks since we would not be able to have breakfast. "
