We had an amazing stay; everything felt effortless and well thought out. The resort offers a wide variety of dining options and bars across the property, including swim‑up bars, and the food and drinks were consistently excellent, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The staff delivered warm, attentive service with real attention to detail, and our butler, Angelo, was exceptional; small touches made a big difference, like bringing bobby pins to our room when my wife forgot hers, which showed how much the team cares. I highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a full‑service resort with lots of dining choices and thoughtful staff, and we’ll definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation. A special thank you goes to our concierge, Rafael Vasquez, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Michael, one of the bartenders, who provided outstanding service with a smile every day. His friendly personality and great drinks added so much fun to our vacation. Another big thank you to the two evening bartenders in the main lower lobby—both happened to have the same name (which unfortunately we forgot! 😂). They were always welcoming, attentive, and made every evening special. Their excellent service and positive energy did not go unnoticed. And of course, a huge shout-out to Pepa from the entertainment team! She brought so much enthusiasm, fun, and energy to every activity. Her passion for making guests happy is truly remarkable. Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Resort for creating such a fantastic experience. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would gladly recommend it to other families. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The luggage attendants were friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. We also loved the thoughtful welcome gifts—sand toys and balloons for the kids, and champagne and fresh fruit for the adults. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and the grounds crew deserves recognition as well. The palm trees, gardens, and outdoor areas were beautifully cared for and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The golf carts made it easy to get around the large property, and the Family Selection pool was always clean and well stocked with towels. We also enjoyed the restaurants and found the food and service to be very good throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler, Juan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the resort's commitment to the environment. It was great to see recycling efforts and a focus on sustainability around the property. Most of the staff members were friendly and hardworking. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more employees speak at least basic English. At times, communication was difficult, which made getting information or assistance more challenging than it needed to be. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. We cannot wait to visit soon again.
