They have 2 hotels and seem to be sending people out between the two of them. Staff very friendly, accomodation itself is average. Breakfast quite ok.

Good location

The location is great (right in town) but it also means that it’s quite nosy. Rooms don’t have air cond or fan so we slept with the window open and could hear quite a lot of noise from the street, with earplug it should be fine though. Staff was nice and buffet breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our bathroom had a strong smell of sewage (we told reception about it.)

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It’s located within the main street and it’s surrounded by a lot of streets and dining options. The hotel itself it’s awful. It’s way to expensive for the quality and property conditions. My room had a lot of areas where the painting was coming off or the wall was cracked. The reception lady that helped me with the check in was awful. I had to wait for more than 45 mins to be able to do check in. The buffet breakfast is ok but definitely not worth the price. I would recommend to stay somewhere else.

O hotel tem ótima localização, chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã com muita variedade. Pontos ruins, quarto com janelas para rua principal, foram 3 notes sem dormir direito devido ao barulho pelas ruas. Esse motivo eu não voltaria para esse hotel. Eles devem com Urgência colocar um sistema acústico nos quartos da frente. É impossível dormir.

Experiência extremamente decepcionante!

Estive hospedado no hotel nos dias 26 e 27 de julho de 2025 e infelizmente minha experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado. O aquecedor do quarto simplesmente não funcionava e, ao relatar o problema, a única alternativa oferecida foi um aquecedor portátil que não foi suficiente para aquecer o ambiente. Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas meu pedido foi negado. Além disso, a luz do quarto caía constantemente, tornando a estadia ainda mais desconfortável. Passei as duas noites com frio, sem qualquer solução adequada por parte da equipe do hotel. Esperava um mínimo de conforto e suporte, mas infelizmente não tive nenhuma das duas coisas. Uma experiência que certamente não pretendo repetir e que me faz repensar futuras indicações do local.

Hotel.muito bem localizado; café da manhã ótimo (café, leite, iogurtes, pães, bolos, ovos mexidos, frios etc); precisar melhorar as fechaduras das portas (parte da fechadura bem desgastada); quarto triplo para 4 pessoas acomoda mas não é grande como aparenta nas.fotos; o hotel poderia providenciar ganchos nas paredes dos quartos e dos banheiro para pendurar toalhas de banho apos uso e agasalhos, isso ajudaria muito. Os aquecedores nos quartos e no banheiro amenizaram o frio. Serviço de quarto ótimo, hotel cheiroso, limpo. Partes comuns e banheiros renovados.

A localização é excelente! Sentimos falta de ar-condicionado e, por incrível que pareça, sentimos calor e precisamos abrir a janela enquanto estivemos no quarto. Não sei como ficam no verão. A cama é bem mole e deu a impressão de serem duas camas de solteiro juntas. O banheiro é muito apertado.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, bem na Rua Mitre no centro da cidade, todo reformado, limpo, troca de lençóis e toalhas diárias, café da manhã bom, a área do restaurante fica aberta durante todo o dia para quem quiser esquentar algo no microondas ou utilizar louças e talheres, bebedouro disponível para encher garrafas com água quente ou natural.

Hotel simples mas muito bem localizado no centro turístico de Bariloche. Bom atendimento e bom café da manhã. O único ponto negativo é a falta de estacionamento pois é muito difícil de encontrar vagas nas proximidades.
