Comfortable stay in the center

We stayed for only one night and had a good stay. It’s close to the center and even if there were a lot of bars around, it was quiet in the room even with the window open. The room was comfortable and clean (besides a few long hairs left on the floor), as were the bedsheets and towels

The property need an update, floor is cracking , poor ventilation.... the price was very high for the poor conditions of the building... the pictures dosnt represent the reality of the hotel.

I strongly recommend that you not stay here. Pros: The location was convenient, room was cleaned nicely each night. Cons: the staff sat behind a glass window, barely spoke, I felt like I was staying in a shady motel that rented rooms by the hour. They tried to overcharge me for luggage storage for which I had to stand my ground for 30 minutes before being given my luggage. They charged an extra 30 percent to pay via credit card for minibar and the luggage storage. They did not believe I had a reservation for my last night until I finally showed them my Expedia receipt and then they showed me to a room that was already being used. I do not blame the staff, I blame the management as they appear to be instructing their staff to treat the customers rudely. I checked out of the hotel without staying the night, ensuring the staff had my door key and knew that I was not staying, but was then I was contacted the next morning to let me know that I was late checking out. In my month in Chile and Argentina I have only experienced kind and professional staff at my various stays, the only exception being this hotel. If you can stay just slightly outside of the center I highly recommend Hosteria El Condado by Nordic (same hotel group, similar price, but night and day customer service). Ask for Esteban or Anna, they were both wonderful.

Hotel bem localizado

O hotel é muito simples. Não tem elevador e quartos para duas pessoas no piso inferior. Portanto, se o hóspede tiver algum problema de mobilidade é melhor escolher outro hotel. Na área da recepção tem água potável e água quente para fazer chá, café e café com leite disponível, além de mesas e cadeiras para os hóspedes fazerem lanches ou refeições compradas em cafeterias e lojas que ficam muito próximas ao hotel. O que eu achei melhor foi a localização: ao lado tem uma loja de aluguel de roupas para neve, cafeteria, um loja 24 horas de lanches e bebidas e fica bem próximo ao centro cívico.
Área externa que deve ser utilizada em época de verão ou primavera.

Muito ruim.

Hostel simplório apresentado como hotel. Quarto e box do banheiro minúsculos com materiais de baixa qualidade. Sem ar condicionado e sem desligamento interno da calefaçao do quarto, ou cozinhávamos sufocados ou congelávamos com a janela aberta. As funcionárias porteiras de entrada, quando dão informações das atrações da cidade, ou são incompletas econômicas ou sao erradas. Má vontade, falta de interesse e despreparo amador constante. Somente a localização serviu.

Lugar céntrico ideal para caminar en la zona turística. Habitación pequeña por lo que ahora en época de frío puede llegar a calentarse mucho la habitación pero fuera de eso recomiendo sin duda la estancia en hotel nórdico.
