Overall would not stay here again. Every staff member we spoke with had more of an attitude than the last one. I get they had a big tour full of complaining elderly people (we witnessed the desk staff get yelled at 3 times by random guests), but their inability to answer basic questions without snapping back at you made the overall stay unenjoyable (which also could be why said people were yelling at them). You can hear everything from the atrium which reverberated sounds easily at all hours of the day and night. The room was dark, old, and hot. The water pressure in the shower was poor. And the breakfast was mediocre. I would rate this hotel a 3 star at best. It did it's job for our quick layover, but wouldn't recommend anyone stay here considering the price they charge.

Great hotel
The location of this hotel is the best because its close enough to the City Center to walk and its at the beginning of the short circuit so its convenient for drivers. Also, it has a great bar and restaurant, very cozy... The front desk guys and girls are always willing to help, best customer service! Our room had beautiful lake views. My only downside is that the rooms don't have AC, but it seems that it is common in Bariloche

I stayed here for two nights in early September 2019 and loved it. I had a room on the 5th floor with a full lake view which was incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the on-site restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced. It is a very easy drive from the airport to the hotel, and also an easy drive to nearby hiking and skiing. My rate included free breakfast which was very good. The only problem I has was that the WiFi service was spotty at times, I had a lot of dropped connections in the middle of some things I was trying to do online. But I would definitely consider staying here again.

Chambre vue partielle sur le lac est en fait surtout vue sur le parking et sur la route principale. Chambre quelconque bruyante et salle du petit déjeuner à l’intérieur. Personnel professionnel mais sans aucune empathie. Je ne recommande pas.

Boa escolha em Bariloche
Nosso quarto era muito bom, com uma vista do lago (2 andar, as melhores vistas são dos andares baixos). O quarto sempre limpo e com bom espaço e banheiro grande. Único ponto negativo foi que ficamos perto do elevador e escutamos bastante barulho durante a noite e manhã. O café da manhã era bom com bastante opções, inclusive pão de queijo (chipa). Muito bem localizado, perto da cidade para ir a pé, o bar é muito agradável.

Recepção decepcionante
Fomos mal atendidos na chegada. O recepcionista Tomas, de forma rude, nos disse que o check in era 15hs, mostrando a placa sobre o balcão. Mostramos o voucher em que estava previsto 14hs, de nada adiantou. Fomos colocados em uma fila esperando o check in que só aconteceu quase 1 hora depois do horário previsto (15hs). Não tivemos qualquer explicação, compensação. Os funcionários, em geral, parecem distantes, não muito amáveis. Incompatível com o padrão e preço do hotel.

Pontos positivos: Boa localização, quarto e banheiro espaçosos, bom café da manhã e linda vista para o lago. Pontos negativos: extremamente barulhento. Se ouve tudo, o bar, o restaurante, a sala de jogos, os quartos vizinhos, pessoas falando alto pelos corredores, crianças correndo e gritando… impossível relaxar! Staff educado porém pedi duas vezes para trocar de quarto e fui ignorado nas duas vezes, inclusive antes de viajar enviei mensagem perguntando sobre transfer para o aeroporto e também fui ignorado…. Decoração velha e datada, limpeza mediana. Quarto muito quente até no inverno, se vier no verão, não tem ar condicionado nos quartos.

Vista espetacular e atendimento de primeira! Recomendo para qualquer amigo o hotel é maravilhoso!!! Ponto de melhoria é a piscina, eu tenho uma filha de 02 anos e na piscina não pode fazer barulho (oi?). Não conseguimos nem utilizar porque a responsável pela piscina ficava mandando quem estava na água e aos arredores ficarem falando baixinho.

Excelente hotel y excelente ubicación , no más de 10 minutos caminando al Centro Cívico , cerca de restaurantes, desayuno inmejorable , el hotel está en perfectas condiciones , con una piscina cubierta, SPA, mesa de Ping Ping , Pool, un estar con música en vivo (piano), mucha amabilidad por parte de la Recepción , volvería !

Buen hotel. Excelentes vistas. Por las latas temperaturas del verano sufrimos un poco el calor en las habitaciones. Se les recomendó incluir ventiladores en las habitaciones. En la recepción nos atendió Javier. Sus recomendación de lugares y restaurantes fue muy valiosa. Gracias.
