"The hotel in general is very nice, my room up in the fourth floor had an amazing view of the freeway. The room I checked into was very clean and it gave off such a at home feeling! Apart from the hotel the employees are also the greatest host! I had an encounter with Lourdes Saturday morning around 5 am, I woke up really thirsty and she helped me out with complimentary waters and made me feel as if a family member was taking care of me! I will 100 percent be back again when the time comes!"

"Our stay was very enjoyable because of the staff, the complimentary breakfast, the happy hour, the pool and the gym. The high ceilings made for a very spacious feel. The only thing was when the body wash was not refilled and the toilet made a loud, screeching noise at times. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The photos don’t do justice how incredible this place is . The whole experience was amazing. The staff is welcoming, the place has everything literally movie room 24 hours , playroom for kids, private beach access, pool , jacuzzi, gym, restaurant with unbelievable view, and I could just keep going and going. Highly recommend this place."

"I was really looking forward to this weekend and my check in was going great until I needed my son’s credit card so I stepped aside until he arrived. When he did, I walked to the same lady checking me in and she told me I had to stand in line again. I found that pretty rude since I had already gone through the line and process of checking in. There was another host there who heard me tell my son what happened and he graciously gave me complimentary points and tickets for the lounge. I thought that was nice of him. Coming from years of customer service, I would never ask someone to stand in a line again. I would ask them politely to stand to the side and would help them once they were ready. Towels were empty when we arrived at the pool and other than that, we enjoyed our time there."
