The staff were very helpful. The hot shower worked well and the bed was good. It was outside the tourist zone of Flores by a couple of kilometers. We arrived by bus at 23:00 and the taxi drivers had a hard time locating it so make sure you have a photo and a good idea of how to get there. Yes you can arrange a trip to Tikal with the front desk. It will leave at 07:30.
