"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

But of course the downside of staying in a very central apartment in the historic centre of a very busy tourist destination meant that parking was difficult. We did not receive advance information about the valet parking pick up point so we parked in the wrong place and it took over an hour to sort out in 35 degree C heat!"

Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. Garage was fine and staff friendly but it’s not in a nice part of town. We were notified of f this new...

"We had some issues with check-in but Luca was very prompt and helpful. The apartment is extremely clean but the highlight is the restaurant. Excellent food with wine parings that exceeded expectations. "

"Excellent central location and really friendly helpful staff. They remembered I asked for a room with a balcony and were able to give me that when we checked in. Really helpful with restaurant recommendations and train ideas. Nice to have the small kitchen facilities "

"Absolute loveliness! Do not miss the opportunity to stay here if able as it was clean, spacious and very accomodating. We were able to leave luggage as needed both before and after our check-out times, staff was accessible and very helpful and the room we stayed in was great. We stayed overlooking the balcony and courtyard of Giulietta's house and it was charming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are so thrilled we visited Verona to learn about the history, culture and area. We appreciate the hotel for helping to make our experience wonderfully memorable."

"The people at reception are so kind. i forgot my insulin needles and the young man who works there, Nicola, actually walked me to the pharmacy. The pharmacist gave me my needles for free. Later, when i had to move to another accommodation, Nicola walked me to my new place. The service offered is outstanding!"
