"I had a great experience staying at this hotel in San Salvador. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming—everyone I interacted with greeted me with a smile and was genuinely helpful throughout my stay. One of the things I really appreciated was the historic feel of the hotel. It adds a unique charm that you don’t get with more modern places, and it made the stay feel more memorable. The gym was another highlight for me. It’s spacious and well-equipped with plenty of machines, which made it easy to keep up with my workouts while traveling. Overall, the service really stood out. The level of care and hospitality made a lasting impression, and it’s definitely a place I would return to on my next visit."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Tres Piedras in El Salvador and had a mixed experience overall. Positives: The views are absolutely outstanding. Both from our room and throughout the property, the scenery is truly the highlight of the stay. The staff was another strong point. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely cordial, which made a big difference. The included breakfast was also very good, with great flavor and a nice variety of options. Negatives: There are a few areas that need improvement. The pool was quite disappointing. It was not heated, so we couldn’t really enjoy it due to the cold temperature. The water jets were also not functioning, and overall it felt a bit unclean. Additionally, there was no hair dryer in the room. We requested one, but it took a full day to receive it. Lastly, the room lock was defective, which was inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Overall, the hotel has incredible potential thanks to its views and staff, but some maintenance and attention to detail would really elevate the experience."
