Una de las peores noches que hemos pasado en un hotel. Fue imposible dormir por el ruido de un grupo de jóvenes en las habitaciones contigua y superior: moviendo muebles, paseándose en tacones y conversaciones a todo volumen hasta después de las 2 de la madrugada. Nos quejamos dos veces, pero el problema no se solucionó. Además, el aire acondicionado por el que “ se paga “ un suplemento hacía un ruido constante toda la noche. Al hacer el check-out, la explicación fue que normalmente no ofrecen habitaciones para una sola noche, insinuando que esa era la razón de las malas condiciones. Una respuesta totalmente inaceptable. Experiencia pésima. No lo recomendamos.
