Basic room. Value for money spent. Room could use some updating Kitchen could be redone. Beds ok but not most comfortable a bit noisy during the day with music from the bar. Location is fantastic

It was 50/50. We came all fine we got room best view 5 floor On second day we had to move room because they say leaking water from a pipe But they could not offer better than 5 floor other end of building with no same view Instead say we are sorry we give you discount they just said sorry Not only there but in general it’s a little wrong to only change towels 3 times a week But when we got other room there was 4 towels so we put 2 away. Because knew that when check out Sunday. We have towels from Friday So we used clean towels Sunday before we left I will say prices in Gran Canary it’s not worth it anymore Island somehow being destroyed by building tunnels instead of do more for keep old roads on Will give the reception a plus that they speak English but management should be more thinking how do we get people come again With 19 stay in Gran Canaria. We know now that it’s getting worse And Portugal for us much better. People much nicer and we start believe even better price We are not pool people we like hiking etc so we not stay in pool no need fly to Canary island to stay in a pool then Cheaper destinations available But can say this Apt hotel not much different than rest in Gran Canary. They not care much about if come again and such they believe it’s best It’s not true prices too high it’s not worth it anymore With weather over 40 in sun several days it’s also It’s not worth it when home in 20s La palma better but too pricy get too
