Good Place To Stay

This hotel has good customer service and it's nice and quiet to where no one really bothers you. I like my room it was nice and clean. The manager was very helping also.

The manager robert threw us out cause he said no pets allowed! We had 1 cat, but i took picture of other people there that had dogs and cats sleeping in the windows. So i dont understand what the problem is !!! He was very rude , i advice no one to stay there

A/C is not working properly, cotchorock walking inside of the room all the time even on the bed,ceilings,around M.wave and all over.

Cockroaches everyday coming out of the sink drain and bathtub shower. Cockroaches on the walls and above the entry door. Lack of weather stripping around entry door letting the smells of the outside come in and other creatures crawling around. Furniture worn down and old. Problem with the internet did not have for 2 days of the 7 days that I stayed there. Got locked out of my room card key stopped working the day before I checked out. Housekeeping only once a week that should explain everything of where not to stay. If there's no other place to stay but other than this hotel I was sleep in my car at a Walmart that's how bad it is. Also noisy neighbors and the main street that it's on is very noisy also. Could have sworn it was a raceway last night with loud mufflers and tires burning out.

I loved the feel of the room, the kitchenette and even the water pressure in the shower. 10 /10 would go back and recommend! Nothing i didn't like.

I requested non smoking but all the rooms are smoking my bed was sunk in the middle that was how old it was my back hurt every morning then told i couldn't get refunded the second room smelled worse of cigarette smoke the rug was old I was on third floor and there was a soft spot on the floor between A/C and bed I was very disappointed

We didnt end up staying. We booked a non smoking room and on arrival were told that it was a smoking hotel. The rook smelled like a dirty ashtray. Expedia was a nightmare to deal with and try to explain what false advertisement was. Both of the sites, expedia and the intown suites lied on their website.

you get what you pay for

I checked in on Fri & my partner was at work & couldn’t check in yet. She said to let the on-site guy know. When I walked in, the fire detector was beeping so I called the on-site when my partner arrived. He was not working a mask when he showed up nor did not know what the manager meant to have him check in. He took out the battery, changed then incorrectly, then said it was the actual unit. He brought another smoke alarm, which I sanitized when I did the entire room while to wearing my mask. I also cleaned up as there were some areas that were dirty. On Monday morning, please tell me why the manager bangs on the door. We were asleep & asked her for a second to put on some clothes. She then busts in the door with the dead bolt on just to asks us to check in. Now, keep in mind that this is outside office hours. She also made me sign another paper, which she didn’t give me a copy of. Then, on Wed, during “housekeeping”, they doesn’t take the towels because that costs a fee & didn’t change bedding because, “they can’t if they have personal belongings”, such as my blanket. Since we had already taken out the trash ourselves, nothing was done but the manager still inspected it after? We were accused of throwing cigarettes when the guests smoked other things inside their room & we carried plastic bottle for our butts. They also overcharged us (got refund from bank), & then told us at 10a that checkout was at noon, as we were leaving. Our trash bags were also labeled to inspect?

Communication prior to checking in maybe a few days before in notifying me that a downstairs unit was not available. Property was notified when the reservation was made about my knee problems. Then it would have given me ample time in locating another facility. Currently in transition of locating an apartment. Staff was very friendly in accomating my room key issue and rebook one more week.

I got there and they tell us that they sold the room i had secured with expedia and they’re saying they tried calling which they were not supposed to cancel my room and we get there with the surprise that we don’t have no room, we drove into town for 3 hours and we had to sleep in our vehicles as well because they sold our room, and we end up paying double price in rooms the following days that is not fair
