"The hotel is dated. The tubs show wear. The tv's are small, cheap flat screen and only had two apps, Netflix and YouTube. TV Bluetooth wouldn't work, Remote lagged, and Chromecast wouldn't respond. Furniture is old. Two double beds instead queens. Maid service only every three days. I had to take my own trash out! Phone is old and sometimes wouldn't connect. A couple floors outside the elevator smelled like feces as there was a garbage can near by. Parking was atrocious. No free laundry. I only stayed b/c I work for the government and they are to cheap to pay for a Marriott or Hilton Grand. "

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms did not have fridge or microwave. Parking was expensive. Bar service was nice. Property was in perfect location "

"They didn’t say anything about our service dog, fast Eddie was cool, but they didn’t provide coffee if you’re an early riser not until 7am, and not more than 2 week coffee pods. Not even a coffee bar down in the lobby you would think a high end hotel would have that because a motel 6 would! They charge a premium for parking a vehicle at 65 a night and charge mandatory tipping for everything they can think of along with a tax on your tips that they don’t tell you are going to be charged to your card. A mandatory charge that could have paid for a third night. We would have normally let a tip for room service but decided not to after seeing it was mandatory to do that and they never entered to even make the bed. My Husband and I went to use the hot tub that and the pool was filled entirely with unsupervised minor children to the point where you could not get into the pool or hot tub. They were diving splashing other guests trying to enjoy the sun, and there were no cameras. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable making for a poor nights sleep! "

"Always feel comfortable staying with family. Only issue is elevators are a bit slow. Loved the convenient location within walking distance."
