$40 a night just to park is CRAZYYY, but if you don’t wanna pay that you have to pay $20 to park next door. The street isn’t free either so don’t park there!

Manager Amanda does not return call or reply to emails when she knows her response is urgent she does not cooperate when incidents happen…if anybody is planning on staying there I would recommend you don’t, look for a better place than best western premier historic traveleres hotel Alamo river walk

I don’t exactly feel like the area is safe. The room has a towel in the fridge the bathroom barely looks cleans and it’s definitely not what i was expecting. The rooms are also very tiny.

If you want a full night rest. Do not stay here. The old building is very loud. If its not motorcycles zipping up and down the street until 2am it might be the delivery trucks that start unloading at 5am. Or maybe its the ice machine be filled up by every guest. It could also be the elevator dinging every 10 minutes all the way down the hall. The room was so small the beds were pushed against the wall. Thankfully it was clean and staff were pleasant. If you want a cheap place to stay close to the roverwalk bring your ear plugs.
