Needed a place on short notice and found this one. The check in process threw me off with all the pictures they required lol but after i got that out of the way i have nothing bad to say about this place extremely clean and a nice place to stay. Great value for th the price. Host was very helpful with my questions and concerns i would recommend this place to others!

This home is fully remodeled. Cutest home ever. Really clean and spacious.

The property was very nice and big It was in a not-so-good neighborhood. It was very good for our family. Close to the center by driving.

Uncomfortable management

Upon arriving i couldnt find the entry code. Called the office and no answer. But at 9:30 at night management called me talkong about charging me an additional $100. Bcus it was 8 of us and a baby. Saying that we was over 8pp. They watching you on the camras that they have at the front door and back door. So uncomfortable. Then on check out day the lady pulled up at 9:40am and sat outside until we left at o:45am. Check out was at 10am. Then she went in. Also my son said he think she was taking pictures of us. They will try to hit u with hiding fees to vharge u more money. I should have followed my first mind and went to laquinta inn.

The house was a beautiful just located in the wrong neighborhood. The owner stated that she would have laundry soap if we wanted to wash clothes, but there was none. The dryer barely worked and made noises. The gate creaks at night so be mindful of that. I was charged $300 after Expedia already said it was included. I have NOT received my deposit. There were stains on the sheets prior to me being there that she is trying to charge me for. She stated that the house smelled like smoke and NO ONE SMOKES!!!! We had 2 adults and 6 kids! I have emailed SEVERAL times with no response which is why I am writing this review! I would not recommend this property due to unauthorized charges and lack of communication.
