Pior atendimento que tive na Argentina

Ridículo o que me foi dito na recepção, minha diária reservada pelo aplicativo a mais de uma semana antes da estadia, e que pelo aplicativo estava tudo certo e para minha surpresa depois de dirigir por mais de 10 horas cheguei no hotel as 21:00 e me foi informado que a diária havia sido CANCELADA, a resposta da recepcionista foi que o hotéis.com havia cancelado minha reserva. Liguei na hora para o Hoteis.com e me falaram que foi o Hotel quem pediu o cancelamento e ficou por isso, um atendimento ridículo por parte do Hotéis.com e pior ainda pelo hotel de Las nubes. E para ajudar ainda aparece a minha reserva no aplicativo como se estivesse TD ok. Eu pedi para ambas empresas me mostrarem o email com o cancelamento mas nenhuma mostrou ou enviou.

Una pena que siendo ,creo, el único hotel del pueblo lo tengan mal cuidado El personal de recepción mal predispuesto, la cena demoró casi hora y media en llegar, colchones duros y un desayuno con tostadas frías Con muy poco podrían ponerlo más lindo y que el personal atienda un poquito mejor.

Overpriced hotel with misleading online pictures

Our experiemce in hotel de las nubes was terrible. No working WiFi at our arrival on 6/14 (which means no way to communicate is you are not local), no hotel alternatives in San Antonio de Los cobres and closest town to stay is 100 miles away with beautiful landscapes but not so good roads (no real alternative other than accepting the shamefully overpriced hotel de las nubes). We arrived at 4PM, the hotel restaurant personal was checking people into the hotel. He couldn’t help us when we saw that the apartment didn’t match the description in Expedia (we rented an apartment with two king size beds, but were offered a king and two twin instead). We couldn’t take a bath, no tub or real shower available (the bathroom would get flooded if we tried). The small fridge was very loud and we had to disconnect it. The personnel couldn’t get in touch with management so the issues couldn’t be addressed accordingly. On the other side, the heater was working, we were at happy to be warm. Not worth the 91USD or more than 2,500 pesos we paid. It is a shame because we loved every place we visited in jujuy and salta, but can’t recommend hotel de las nubes.

Atención en comedor deficiente: antes de la cena pedimos un café y recién nos lo trajeron luego de tomar los pedidos de cena de las demás mesas, conversar con los otros huéspedes y servirles la cena a todos los demás.
