There was stains on the bed sheets and there wasn’t any proper “pillows”. The food for breakfast was good. The staff is friendly as well.

Well maintained property and clean room. On a solo motorcycle trip. The morning I was to leave the battery had gone bad. After finding a replacement at an auto parts store one of the staff, Courtney, went out of her way and offered to run me up to the store to get the new battery. Much appreciation to Courtney for her kindness, and to management for allowing her to assist. Excellent customer service.

I paid the higher price to avoid nasty hotels, so it came as a sad surprise at the quality of house keeping. The sheets are white, so seeing urine stains and god know what else was pretty gross, I never complained, I’m not the type, now the only reason this stay lost stars was the cleanliness between days.. now again, I’m not picky but my teenager could probably set a bed 100x better than what we came back to, it was laughably bad. The ONLY thing housekeeping does was grab the trash present in the trash cans. No sweeping or quick vacuum, for the price, you’d think the quality would be above motel 6 quality. Other than that, bed was COMFY, shower was tip top, quiet and safe, no bugs, nice and cold mini fridge, breakfast was on point, make your own waffles?! Can’t beat that, staff I ran into were absolutely the sweetest. I went to town for a funeral, so for emergency stay id stay again, but for leisure, probably not.

I stay here a lot when I come home. The hotel isn’t bad at all and Ive never had a bad experience here. The room was a little dirty this time with stains on the carpet and shower curtain. The water spout in the tub was loose and the water pressure in the sink was very low.

This hotel was clean and pretty new. It had lots of lighted parking. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were very courteous and polite. We will definitely stay there next time we pass through.

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast service lady was super. She made sure we had what we needed before she closed the area, even though it was a few minutes after the ending time.

Might as well be a motel 6
Floor was dirty, shower was dirty, furniture was beat up, phone in room was broken, temp in room was set to 62 while it’s 45 outside, kids are crazy and wanted to try and swim but the pool, was open, was green and filthy with trash, sticks and other debris. Public bathroom was filthy as well. We will not being staying at that hotel again…

Travis, We are so sorry you didnt enjoy your stay, We did have a tournament with lots of kiddos in and around. We do the best we can to keep our light colored tile very clean in the lobby and especially our public restrooms pristine. The pool has been chemically treated, skimmed and ready for the spring. Clear and sparkling! I cant explain the temperature in the room. Sorry about that! We hope you give us another chance in the future. All the best,

We stayed here for the San Angelo Livestock Show and Rodeo. Great facility, clean and safe. Close to food and easy drive back to the fairgrounds. Would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located by several food and entertainment options it was cold so i stay nice and warm in the room the staff was amazing and help the ladies at the front desk were very nice and pleasant

This is the kind of hotel you would check into last second. I can’t recommend making reservations to a place like this. Plenty of grime on the walls that the maids probably aren’t paid enough to deep clean. Very poor sound insulation. Problems with keeping the a/c on. Staff and service are friendly and did their job well. The main problems come down to poor management and subpar building conditions. Still better than a motel 6 though.
