"Had read some other lackluster reviews, but so glad we stayed at Hotel Victoria. We loved our double superior room with full windows and balcony. The grounds and pool area were well maintained, the room was spotless, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. "We stayed in a Classic Room at Hotel Santa Cecilia, and it was exactly as pictured—warm, inviting, and tastefully decorated with local artwork. The linens were clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always arranging taxis promptly when needed. As vegetarians, we especially appreciated the chef’s effort in preparing delicious vegetarian versions of local dishes, including Tlayuda. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15–20 minute walk from the city center (Centro), making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet stay. I highly recommend this place."
