The property is really beautiful and the tours and guides are excellent. The downfall is the questionable hiring of some staff. We arrived late (after check in closed) due to poor road conditions and were trying to contact the hotel to relay that and the women on the phone (Julia I believe?) was incredibly rude and unprofessional basically stating we could not get into the facilities if we arrived after midnight. When we did arrive and tried to get our key and sleep I was verifying that where we parked was ok and told the receptionist that we may need air the following morning and she stated she didn’t want to hear about it because she wasn’t working and basically implied we were lucky she was giving us our room (that we already paid for). Really sets a negative tone for the rest of the stay but thankful the other front desk staff were very helpful.

Hostel perdu dans un bel endroit verdoyant. Nous étions dans la chambre 7, pour 2 avec salle de bain privée. Baie vitrée sur la vallée de la rivière Lanquin, un vrai tableau. Chambre spacieuse, literie moyenne( trop molle) Grande pièce de vie, restaurant, animation, ouverte façon chapiteau et très sympa. Musique d’ambiance toute la journée, pour danser de 9 h jusqu’à minuit. A l’accueil on vous précise bien que c’est un hostel donc population jeune qui fait la fête. Repas de bonne qualité pas trop chers.
