No me gustó: suciedad en todo el apto., el microondas en muy mal estado, hormigas en una habitacion de arriba y en toda la parte de abajo. Pedimos solución pero solo nos ofrecieron limpiar cuando ya estábamos instalados...el resto de peticiones ni caso en 5 días.

La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. "We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent.
We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it.
The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers.
Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream.

"Great for kids and parents. My 3 year old loved it. Room were spacious , the mattress weird. No conditionner just shampoo. They could have nespresso machine instead of instant coffee and their mini fridge is not cold if you plan on keeping milk for your toddler, had to use a cooler w ice. They got free apples at reception and there’s a grocery store 2 min walking distance."
