"The cabin was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were disappointed in the lack of a usable fireplace and not enough firepits for every cabin to have one. The room was renovated halfway. The bathtub, shower, counters, and sinks were beautiful and new. The cabinetry and especially the refrigerator need to be replaced. The nearby small town was cute and quaint. The walk around DeFuniak Lake was a favorite activity. Everything in the town is closed on Sundays by 2 p.m."

"The room was clean and provided for a comfortable stay. The only thing we noticed was that the door stopper in the bathroom was not there and the tile was cracked where the stopper had been. We had to be extra careful with our children. Other than that - the stay was a good one and the breakfast was super delicious! Would stay again."
