3.0 star property
Quartier du Lac
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (14 reviews)
"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. There is a nice eating area with restaurants and bars behind the...

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). FirstName Bordeaux - part of JdV by Hyatt

10/10 Excellent
"We arrived before checkin time, but the desk staff were so helpful and friendly with letting us store our lugguge and texting us as soon as our room was available. They were also helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and other local information. The breakfast was fantastic - delicious and offered lots of variety! We liked the location as we could access public transportation easily and there was a large shopping center across the street from the hotel. The only negative was our taxi driver seemed to have a hard time finding his way to the dropoff spot for the hotel because of the tram line and one way streets."
