"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."
"
Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."
"Manager of reception was very unfriendly and uninformed. Other staff was wonderful.
Food does not correspond exactly to 5 star hotel. I wish them to improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. In this direction can definitely do some work.
Wonderful location of the hotel, the rooms are great /cleaned every day/, the beds large and comfortable. The spa is good. One of the biggest advantages is silence."
"Excellent family run hotel, great room with balcony and view of the mountains. Homemade cookies on arrival, local advice and a breakfast for kings, 8 min walk to town outstanding "
"Well-designed property with amazing views and mineral water pools! The villa worked well for a family of four, allowing for enough space to relax after a long day of hiking."
"Excellent staff, spacious rooms, delicious food in the restaurant. Good spa, but maybe small if the hotel is at full capacity. We were satisfied and will visit the hotel again."
"Really helpful and polite staff, nice pool area and spa facilities. Good restaurant, well organized, excellent breakfast.
The only ‘problem’ is the functionality of the room furniture - not as convinient as I would like. "

"Nice hotel close to the airport. Room was comfortable but there was a really bad smell in the bathroom on the morning of departure. Breakfast was good and staff were excellent. "
"Clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great cafe downstairs. Metro stop at the front door (one stop from Serdika area)."
"The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access."
