Expediaから予約したのに、予約が入っていないと言われた。 確かに予約したはずだと伝えると、予約は入っていたが今日は忙しくて部屋が空いていないと言われた。 スタッフの人は代わりのホテルをさがしてくれたが、彼の笑顔で誤魔化されたような… 予約管理のオペレーションをどうにかした方が良いと思う。
