5 stars: friendly owner and staff, attentive, helpful; good breakfast, good location; ping pong table & parrots. 2 stars: the room (hot water in the shower wasn't working so I couldn't wash my hair, a guy came to "fix it" but I only got a few drops of water and not enough for showering properly). The bed was also very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on the floor. I have never slept on a harder bed. Felt like it had no matress. Also no real blanket, so cold at night.

まず到着したら、｢宿泊代を受け取ってないので現金で支払ってください｣と言われました。エクスペディアで事前に支払ったことを伝えたら、｢少し前からエクスペディアは僕たちに宿泊代を支払っていない｣と言われました。エクスペディアとの関係が上手くいっていないようで、｢オーナーはエクスペディアとの提携をやめた｣と言っていました。（エクスペディアで予約可能日を確認したところ、まだ先の日程も予約ができそうでしたので、本当に提携をやめたのかは謎です。） ｢君たちが二重で支払いたくないなら、君たちがエクスペディアにホテルラーモンへの支払い状況を確認しなさい｣と言われました。私たちは非常に困りましたし、これまで何度もエクスペディアを利用しましたが、こんなトラブルは今までに一度もありませんでした。エクスペディアに問い合せたところ、エクスペディアからオーナーに確認を取ろうとしたようですが、オーナーは問題解決のために話し合う意思がないということが分かりました。 結局、エクスペディアは私たちに即座に返金をしてくれて、私たちはホテルラーモンに現金で支払いました。ホテルラーモンは誠実ではなく、他の滞在観光客が仲介してくださいました。結局誰がオーナーであるのかも謎でした。 エクスペディアは返金または別のホテルの宿泊のオプションを提示してくれて、迅速で丁寧な対応でした。ありがとうございます。 こちらのホテルには泊まらない方がよいです。
