"The staff was courteous except for one guy who acted like he didnt want to speak to me But everyone else was really nice I extended my stay and I tried to show him on my phone he pushed my phone back at me and said he didnt need it older gentleman who cant hear well dont know his name but not to friendly at all"

"Staff was amazing. Truly, beyond grateful for the amazing service and commitment towards accommodating my son and myself. As a seasoned customer service worker myself, I can say honestly, I’d give the woman that checked me in a raise.. I booked a smoking room, it was pouring down rain and I didn’t want to stand outside. My only complaint was the bathroom fan, didn’t work and it wasn’t favorable for removing the cigarette smoke from the bathroom (I prefer to smoke in the bathroom so it doesn’t overwhelm the room) Otherwise the room was nice, clean and had everything I’d need. Water wasn’t the best, my hair was unmanageable after showering but I don’t feel that’s the motel’s fault, I assume that’s a region thing and There was very unusual flooding activity on the entire west coast that may have been a factor. I’d stay there again. "
