Spotlessly clean room. Really quiet. Lovely to be offered a welcome drink on arrival.

Beautiful spot economical near bakeries AND supermarket lovely pool

We had the loveliest three night stay at Las Estrellas de Samara. The lodge is a 10min drive from Samara up a dusty and windy road (you will need a 4x4 to access the property). Once at the top you will be greeted by the most amazing view over Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo. The individual lodges are modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Our hosts, Jean-Luc and Paolo, ensured throughout our stay that we had everything we needed and went as far as offering that we borrow a hammock to take with...

Great owners - very helpful and knowledgable. The beautiful casitas were great for sitting in the veranda.

The place would deserve higher rating since the staff was amazing and super helpful, room was nice and bed comfortable. But the bar / restaurant had music on from early morning to late night which was disturbing as our window faced that side. Also A/C from next door room was super loud in the night and the sound did carry through the wall. We could hear the traffic from the road too. We booked room with balcony or patio but we had only window. Other than that it is a lovely convenient intimate...

Lovely hotel, just on outskirts of samara, great service and lovely pool

The hotel is a 15 minute drive from Samara which does mean that you have to drive or get a taxi if you want to eat in one of the restaurants. There is a restaurant at the hotel which does pleasant meals. All meals carry a 13% and 10% surcharge which can make them prices. As it is out of town it is wonderfully peaceful and an oasis of clam with lovely private gardens tha are full of birds. It is about 50 meters from the beach and is lovely with local fishermen and families. The main town beach...

The staff were the stand out of this hotel for sure Breakfast was ok something for everyone’s taste The lunch and evening meal option were terrific though we had the butter chicken in the Asian restaurant which to me wasn’t a curry not quite sure what it was.. Rooms very big and comfortable

The hotel couldn’t see our reservation with Hotels.com but let us stay anyway. It is really close to the beach and the management seems quite relaxed! Good beach vibe. The rooms are away from the pool that has music etc which is enjoyable too. Actually the entire place looks way more like a hostel, but we liked it! Only issue is the breakfast, we waited for 45 min for a very simple 2 toasts-one fried egg, as there were many people and the kitchen had absolutely no system about how to manage...
