Absolutely appalling stay at this property. The entire building is keyless and unmanned which is great in theory but awful when the digital locks fail and you are trapped inside the building for an hour. Their 24/7 customer service isn't responsive - they took over an hour to respond to the failed lock and the situation was only resolved by a German-speaking tenant calling a phone number. BEWARE of Apartment 301 - the cleaner's closet is INSIDE your apartment after your front door, meaning there is ZERO privacy when using the kitchen, bathroom, or toilet. There's even a mirror installed so anyone in the cleaning closet can see you exiting the toilet. Overall I have rarely had a worse experience than with this company. The unmanned aspects make it a joke and the whatsapp is primarily run by a Bot which makes interactions long and painful. I Would not recommend staying here at all.

We were moved to another location due to the hot water heater issue. The new location was extremely inconvenient. We had to Uber or taxi everywhere. The 1st location was steps away from everything. That’s why we booked it. I don’t think we should have to pay the same price as the 1st location. 1st location was a beautiful big apartment. We were so sad to have to leave.
