Really close to the railway station and was convenient after arriving in the early hours. It wasn’t far to walk into town. The highlight was dining for breakfast on the 15th floor with snow capped mountains and views to die for. It was a lovely hotel with modern facilities in convenient location.

The hotel is in a good location and staff are nice. However, the rooms are not well soundproofed and there was lots of noise from above in the evening and early morning.

Close to the train station. Great staff.
Great location for the train station (we were arriving and departing by train so chose this specifically). And about a 20 minute walk to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The decor is very dated.

Very closed to train station and bus station. The location is excellent for exploring both Salzburg city and also day trip to Hallstatt. Room is big enough for 2 person feel comfortable. Bed and pillow quality are also good. Big closet and bathroom. Breakfast served on 15th floor with panorama view.

Great location
3 minutes from the main train station and right next to the central bus station. Property well maintained and room was comfortable. Lack of USB charging ports and limited 220v wall sockets. No option for early checkin.

Great location, nice hotel.
Great location next to the station, with plenty of amenities around. 20 minutes walk into the old town. The hotel is nice, but the photos certainly make it look nicer than it is. They don't have locked luggage storage, only an area next to reception.

The hotel location was close to the train and bus station. It was very convenient to get to places in Salzburg on the public buses. The breakfast buffet has great selections of hot and cold dishes. The hotel stored our bags after we checked out which allowed us to continue visiting places of interest using the public buses until we were ready to take the late afternoon train.

Nice size rooms. The property was well maintained and service was excellent. Located by the bus and train station which can be good if you need to use either.

All staff were excellent. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to famous gardens. 15 minutes walk to history centre. Only slight issue are the pillows are too big, slept without them instead

Good location, decent stay but nothing spectacular
The hotel is in a great location close to the main train and bus station, which allows you to travel allround town. The hotel was ok, nothing special. The some lift buttons were not functional or not available. They were eventually fixed, but it did cause a slight inconvenience. The hotel restuarant was not used, but when we did attempt to join them for dinner based on the 3 course meal offer they advertized, this was not available. Not to fret, there are plenty of alternative options close by and within 10 - 15 min bus ride in the old town. I would rate at 3 stars.

I stayed here a second time because of the quality and convenience of the hotel during a short trip to Salzburg via train. Will stay here again in the future, on my next short trip to Salzburg.

Rage location to the train station was great. Did want to drag suitcases around after a long train ride. Hotel is clean and feels very safe. All in all, I would stay there again under similar travel conditions. We only had scheduled one day in the area, so having the hotel located close to train made our time less stressful.

The location across the railroad station is very convenient as well as walking distance from the old town. The lack of room service, except from 6 to 10 (and sometimes to 9) on weekdays is very uncomfortable. I do not know if the situation could be better in times without pandemics

It’s a good place to stay when you travelling. Near main station, so best for transport. Breakfast was great with panorama view. Highly recommend!

Shower door is strange. The way the water goes, it will spill all over the bathroom. Due to this, we had to take baths instead. Hotel was clean and quiet. No AC available in mid September, when we were there, and no screens in windows. Only had heavy comforter, despite warm weather. I asked about a lighter blanket, but none available. Convenient location near train station.

During check in the reception could not find my reservation. Next we were told breakfast not included, even though Expedia booking choices said it way. Unsuccessful with 3 chats and 1 phone call with Expedia. Hotel was adamant about trying to make us pay for breakfast,and then tried to charge us for the room again at check out. Hotel was good location but everything else that happened made for a bad experience. Note: this was my 1st bad occurrence booking a hotel here on both the hotel and the booking process. Hotel did not even ask us how our stay was. Oh well, lessons learned here.

Stunning views, close to station
Lovely hotel with stunning views over Salzburg. The 3 person suite was spacious and extremely comfortable. Would have liked to have stayed longer! The location next to the main train station was perfect for our getaway the next morning.
