"We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Galway. We had 2 days to plan our international trip, and I was nervous because I didn’t put a lot of time into selecting a hotel like I normally do. We couldn’t have chosen a better option. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and helpful. The only thing that could be improved are the key cards—They are very finicky and require some time to get used to. Regardless, I will be telling everyone about this hotel for years to come. Thank you for the wonderful (last minute) stay."

"This hotel is not 4 star quality. The gold velour cover on the bed had a stain on it. Bathroom was missing shampoo. Generally felt dated."
