"Room was just below penthouse restaurant, noise all the way through till 11.30pm had a 7 month old baby refusing to sleep due to noise. Room was 25⁰ it was so hot and the very minimal window opening was not sufficient. Breakfast was amazing as expected. Pool was nice too, staff amazing they are a credit to the hotel."

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms as 4 adults and two children. Rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony. We booked to be in next door rooms which was lovely. One of our party was a coeliac and the menu and staff gave food options which went down very well. The pool at the Spa was lovely and we all enjoyed a good few hours there. My only gripe was the mattress which was too soft for me, but everyone else were happy with theirs. An excellent two night stay and we would all go back. Thank you."

They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything I wished to visit.
