error en la reserva de hoteles.com o del hotel

mal, no se si fue error de hoteles.com o del establecimiento, lo cierto es que la pagina de hoteles.com me ofrecia los servicios de estacionamiento, cama matrimonial y desayuno, al llegar al hotel me dieron un hab. doble pero con camas separadas y si queria una matrimonial deberia abonar $400, no tenia estacionamiento y segun ellos la reserva que tenian era sin desayuno, asi mismo me mostro el voucher que recibieron y el pago que les figuraba era de U$28.01, cuando a mi la tarjeta me debitara U$34.07, tambien me cobraron el IVA $305 sin darme un recibo oficial

Muy recomendable el hotel Plaza de las Aljabas.

Un hotel acogedor, habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno rico. Pocas habitaciones, silencioso. Muy buen gusto en su decoración. Precio vs calidad: 10 puntos. La atención del personal: 10puntos. Especialmente Saúl Bustamante, educado y solucionaba de inmediato mis requerimientos. Aconsejo el hotel. A 1cuadra de las Peñas. Cerca de pleno centro en una zona agradable. Gracias

Zimmer dunkel mit Blick in einen Hinterhof Matratze schlecht, Bett quietscht, Personal nicht besonders engagiert u gelangweilt, größtenteils mit dem Smartphone beschäftigt ( an der Rezeption!) Frühstück ok , aber ständige Nachfrage notwendig, da nicht automatisch nachgelegt wurde Bei unseren Freunden im Zimmer ebenerdig wär Schimmel im Bad . Als gut kann man hier eigentlich nur die zentrale Lage bewerten

Muy bueno

Estuvimos en noviembre de 2017. La habítación muy amplia con ducha escocesa de un lado y bañera del otro. Un pequeño patio. A una cuadra de la calle Balcarce donde se realizan las peñas. No tiene cochera, pero si un lugar reservado en la calle para el hotel, lo cual puede ser complicado porque circula mucho tránsito. Posee frigobar, y AA. La limpieza muy bien, la cama king y la blanquería toda nueva. Lo más flojo el desayuno, no tenían mucha variedad, bastante básico. La atención muy bien.

Dichtbij centrum gelegen en net hotel

Keurig hotel, op korte loopafstand van het centrum van Salta. De kamer is compleet uitgerust en beschikt over een goed bed en goede badkamer. Helaas wel veel geluidsoverlast van de gang/receptie (met name 's nachts: elke nacht zeer luidruchtige hotelgasten die thuiskwamen van de nabij gelegen uitgaansstraat). Personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam echter spreekt geheel geen Engels. Ontbijt is zeer minimaal (twee soorten broodjes en boter, vers sinaasappelsap).

Lindo el hotel, buena atención y limpieza, cuartos cómodos. Pero el desayuno es muy pobre, poca variedad y los productos no son de calidad, las medias lunas parecían del día anterior.

Hotel céntrico impecable

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, a pocas cuadras del centro; se puede realizar todas las actividades a pie. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier percance y brindan sugerencias de lo que se puede realizar en la ciudad. La habitación y el hotel en general son sumamente limpios. Además se encuentra a 100 metros del paseo Balcarce, donde están las mejores peñas de la ciudad. Super recomedable!
