"This was our first stay at The Crystal Inn SLC and we spent two nights. My wife is in a wheelchair and we used the handicapped accessible room. The Bed was queen-size and had only two pillows. We had to request two more. Another thing--how do you expect a person in a wheel chair to push open a heavy guestroom door and keep it open when they need two hands to move the WC forward? How easy would it be to install a magnet on the inside of the door so it stays open and allows a WC bound person easy access? At breakfast the OJ/ Juice machine had a sign on it "Out of Order." That was OK I guess for the for the first day, but not the second. It should have been fixed before the first day. Unacceptable. The breakfast room was crowded, noisy and not laid out well. Unless these items are remedied, we could not recommend this location to others."

"It's all about location for this property. Lots of access to city trails, parks, shopping and eateries. The hotel itself is fine but seems a bit dark with only one window facing the walkways so need to draw the curtains for any privacy. A sheer blind would be nice to let in the light but limits visibility. Some of the staff were very helpful while others seemed disinterested. It would have been. ice to know more about the area from the staff. The place is older bet kept looking nice. Bed was comfortable and that is always nice to find a bed once can sleep on. Charging for Internet? Big surprised and seems like nickel and dimming the patrons. I just used my cell phone hot spot."

"The room was clean. I did have problems with the cable/TV in the room, and the staff there seemed like it was not a priority for our stay all the staff told us was "we will let maintenance crew know about the cable/TV issue" and was not resolved. Parking was hectic at night as there is a parking lot but it was full both nights. Staff was also told of ants on the floor and getting onto the beds but again staff did not resolve this problem as well."
