"Awsome place but wish the rooms were more spacious and not so tight"

"Everything was quite alright. The room felt modern and bright. The option to not allow streaming kinda sucked, and there were hairs and n bedding that weren’t mine but no biggie. The poool and Hottub were “out of service” obviously they were cleaning or what be but for three days? Other than that I would recommend. Great place to start if you needeing to do anything in SLC area "

"The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. The jacuzzi was covered in algae and had what appeared to be a piece of poop at the bottom of it while the pool also had algae and bugs floating around. When I went to scoop out the bugs I discovered there was a roach in the pool. I complained to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. Despite being on site the manager Rachael refused to come speak with me. The front desk left her messages and emailed her, I emailed her and every-time I went to the desk to ask to speak with her in person, they told me she would get back with me. I even complained to corporate and have yet to hear back from her. I will never stay here or at a Hyatt again."

"Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard."

"Our shower faucet came off the wall with no maintenance on hand to fix it. The water would not stop running. I would not call this hotel renovated. AC was obscenely loud. Staff was terrible at providing a resolution and hung up on me saying they gave me a complimentary upgrade by moving my room at midnight even though I didn’t want to pack everything up and switch. Would not recommend."
