Property was beautiful! Rooms were older but very clean and spacious. Grounds were immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the coffee house that was good and the prices were refreshingly affordable. The history in the pictures hung on the wall were fun to read. Highly recommended!

The location is strategic in the nice area and not far from the downtown. The transportation is easy to find since the train stop is in front of the hotel. The staff are really nice , helpful.

Rooms outside of the main hotel are very basic. I imagined these rooms to match the lobby. Other than that the rooms were clean, and tidy, but very basic.

Up the street from the transit station. Can go anywhere uptown for free. Inexpensive breakfast with great local food. Fifth year there. Still excelkent. Building new pool on 2nd floor with deck. Musr request room cleaning.

Room was large and well equipped. Was located in what felt like an age away from the lobby though! Be warned if you have any accessibility issues- let them know upfront.

Such a privilege to stay on this property. Easily accessible to downtown and a lot of fun activities and great coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Only bad thing I can say was we were not made aware the roof top pool was closed down. Other than that we loved our stay. As usual our room was clean and we love how big the rooms are.

Dear Abram, We have worked hard to try and notify our guests that our indoor pool is closed for a major renovation. The reservations made through the 3rd parties’ websites, like Expedia, are difficult for us to communicate with as we do not have direct access to you email or phone numbers. The information for the pool closure is listed on the Expedia website but you do have to search for it. Again, we do not control the content of the 3rd party websites, so we are sorry you did not get this critical information. Thank you for your understanding and valuable feedback. We stayed outside of the towers. But I thought for the price of the hotel room it was really dated inside our hotel room. The A/C did not work well. The bathroom was really small. The bathtub looked dirty in some parts because it was pretty old. Shower curtain on the outside was dirty. Furniture was really dated. Pillows deflated to pretty much nothing when sleeping.

The property has 3 buildings and the one I was in is old, smells and super loud! I was awakened every day by construction sounds at 7 am. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold.

Didn’t have any hot water and heard other guests complain as well. When property was notified at checkout they said sorry and they could upgrade to a tower room for $180. Why would one do that if the original night stay was horrible

This hotel was amazing. We stayed 4 nights and didn't even have to move the vehicle as it is ideally located downtown. The train stop is right outside the beautiful property. The staff both inside the hotel and outside taking care of the property were top notch. The outdoor pool area is the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon and the water is the perfect temperature. The indoor hot tub area is adequate and the change rooms beautiful. Looking forward to staying again when the rooftop pool project is complete. Priced affordably.

Hotel main building was quite lovely and well appointed with courteous staff. The courtside “motel” site of the property was also well maintained, nicely landscaped and convenient to dining in the main building. However the room I stayed in was just an average motel room or worse, for a premium price. For some reason the counter top/sink and toilet height were very low to the ground, not adult height, carpet was worn and the bed was very uncomfortable. Staff comped my parking, but hotel was too full to accommodate a room change. Beautiful part of Salt Lake City but way overpriced for the room.

You had to ask to have the room serviced. Parking on the property was too expensive ($18/day) when you are already paying quite a bit for the room. The breakfast in the restaurant was terrific.
