Love the easy on and off the freeway. Don’t like it that one bathroom (first floor across from the exercise room) in the women’s room was completely empty of toilet paper. Even the rack to hang the rolls was gone! Also the yoga mats in the exercise room need to be replaced. They are disintegrating!

This property is NOT pet friendly as advertised ALL OVER their booking sites. We showed up FROM IOWA and were told we could not be accommodated because they dont allow pets.

Hi Jennifer. I am sorry about the misinformation. The hotel is pet friendly. Unfortunately, we can only take dogs. We do have this as an alert on our website. Expedia website does not allow you to specify dog-only. Just yes or no for pet friendly. I did go ahead and reach out to Expedia for your refund. Putting myself in your situation, I can understand your frustration.

The clerk at the front desk was not the friendliest. I had to call twice for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport. The property was clean and well maintained. Great blackout curtain. Great breakfast.

I was extremely pleased with this Comfort Inn. The ones on the East Coast are not my first choice as they are not maintained to my standard. We just needed a night near the airport in Salt Lake City. The rains were excellent, so I took a chance and i was extremely vapor!

There was anyone at the desk. I had to go looking for someone every time. We had a pizza stolen my room 406. Not that is the hotels problem. When I came down to get the pizza from door dash the front desk worker said it had been eaten before I even opened my mouth to ask if it was left at the desk. Then lied that is was delivered hours before it was. Very unprofessional and makes you feel unsafe.

The lady who cooked breakfast was amazing. It was the best breakfast we have had at a hotel! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and kind. Even the folks cleaning the rooms were very friendly and courteous when we encountered them. Excellent stay and awesome employees!!!

The only complaint I have is the comfort of the bed. I suffer from a very bad back that required surgery. The bed is too hard for my condition. I sleep on a i comfort foam mattress that also has an adjustable bed frame. So, it would be nice if the chain properties could offer something similar for those of us with bad backs. Or at least a foam medium soft mattress.
