"Charge to much for parking"

"This property is very outdated. Our room had ants crawling in the shower and moldy/dirty corners in the bathroom. Overall, the room did not feel clean. Additionally, the bed was quite firm. The complimentary breakfast was pretty underwhelming. It had waffles, some bread/biscuits and cereal. They only had coffee and juice, they did not supply any water. The surrounding area is nice however I don't feel the hotel itself justified the price."

"We didn’t have a great stay here for the $457 one night price. Old, outdated and notably in the midst of a major renovation. Our room did not have a working TV, phone, or AC. We asked for help from Lu immediately upon check in and had to follow up twice to have any help or resolve. A lot of the property grounds are blocked off, and it wasn’t very convenient to walk around the property in spite of the gorgeous surroundings. For the price, I wouldn’t return."

"The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!"

"We needed a place to relax for the weekend after a busy work week. This fit the bill. We stayed in building 14. We had a lovely balcony with rocking chairs. They provided a nice cozy blanket. We had a massage. I believe my therapist’s name is Erica. She was wonderful! They have live music and a patio with fireplaces to relax. We did enjoy that area a few times. The staff were all very well trained; super polite and couldn’t be more helpful. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. They have golf carts to take you to the beach. We had a wonderful time there relaxing in the chairs they provide. We will definitely stay again if we travel to that area again. Thank you"
