C’è chi si distingue per cortesia ed eccellenza...

Premesso che viaggio spesso e quindi altrettanto frequentemente mi capita di soggiornare in hotel, devo dire che questa è stata una delle mie migliori esperienze di soggiorno vissute in hotel. Il personale si è dimostrato oltremodo cortese e disponibile, offrendo anche di più di quelle che erano le condizioni contrattuali prescelte. L’hotel avrà pure un’impronta “vecchio stile”, ma questo lo rende nondimeno confortevole ed affascinante. Ottima la colazione, comodo in garage, eccellente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bravi davvero!

ottimo soggiorno

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La camera era ristrutturata da poco. Il personale gentile. Tutti i confort di un albergo quattro stelle. Il parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti è un altro valore aggiunto. Lo consiglio e se troverò disponibilità ne approfitterò volentieri

2018年10月末の旅行です。salso maggiore温泉地から近くて便利です。シーズンオフだったのか旅行客が少なく静かに過ごせました。廊下に家具が配置しており落ち着いた雰囲気がありました。部屋に関してはシンプルなヨーロッパのホテルで特にそれといった高級感はありませんでした。朝食は果物やタルトといった甘い物系でした。タルトは手作りなのかしっかりとしていて美味しかったです。 スタッフにテルメの営業時間を尋ねたところ、平日は空いていないと言われ一時愕然としましたが、ここはイタリア。スタッフでも平気で嘘をつくので暫く押し問答したところ、他の若いスタッフの方がテルメへ連絡して今日は午後2時まで開いているという事が判明しました。従ってスタッフの対応はその時次第でそれぞれ異なるのかと。 田舎町なのでやたらと終電が早いです。イタリアの電車はよく遅延するので、パルマなど近隣を散策する場合は時間に必ず余裕を持って行動して下さい。 因みにテルメの側にあるショップでお土産として石鹸や化粧品を購入した時、店員からテルメの割引券を貰えました。店員に尋ねてみるのもアリ、かと。ただあくまでも私個人の体験ですので、ご了承下さい。 それとテルメには水着を忘れずに。 あの時のスタッフの対応以外、素敵なホテルです！　良いご旅行を！

Un bell’hotel per un weekend romantico

Hotel storico di buon livello. Posizione eccezionale nella piazza centrale di Salsomaggiore a pochi passi dalle terme Berzieri. Ho avuto l’upgrade della camera che ho trovato in ordine e molto accogliente. Se proprio devo segnalare qualcosa il rubinetto del lavabo avrebbe bisogno di una bella lucidata! Ottima la colazione con grande varietà di offerta dolce e salata nonché la varietà frutta fresca!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 camere comunicanti con i nostri due cagnolini. Siamo stati benissimo. La struttura nelle camere può avere qualche segno del tempo ma per noi non è stato un problema mentre la disponibilità nei nostri confronti è sicuramente un punto a grande favore. Ottime le colazioni con torte artigianali e buffet salato

Very happy

Know the area well as my husband's family live local. Go about 8 times a year so always look for the best deal. This is a lovely hotel and staff are very good. Young chap serving breakfast Friday 15th and Saturday and Sunday was excellent. Real credit to the hotel. Monday's breakfast wasn't good as a coach party was leaving early as was we and there nothing left and this was at 7.15am. But won't stop us returning if prices are good. Air con was very good.
