Firstly the pool is five stars! It has complete Mexico vibes, and my kids absolutely loved it! Definitely we will be back to hang out poolside more. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. We had a poolside room and our kids absolutely loved it! The room itself is quite standard but has everything you need. The breakfast included was a basic hotel breakfast but definitely hit the spot. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful! We will happily return to this hotel and would recommend it for families!

The hotel was an excellent stay, we loved it! However the rooms were a little bit of a disappointment for the “idea” of the hotel if you will, our bathroom floors were dirty and the room just felt very overused and outdated for the price with what it had. Otherwise excellent staff, great pool and views and the room had all we needed with a wonderful bed!

The staff was fantastic. It was a busy weekend but everyone was pleasant and personable. The pool and hot tubs (yes two) were the main draw for me both heated to the right temperatures. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety for everyone. I would stay again.

Serviceable stay, but don’t trust the photos. The property may very well be that lovely in full summer, but May 3 the pool and hot tub aren't open or filled. There is no bellman, or effort to provide any over and above service, even for the elderly. The room is fine. There is a microwave and Keurig. There is also a fascinating contraption, perhaps from when the hotel was first built LOL - a small two burner stove/sink/fridge combo. The fridge doesn’t work and so has been taped shut. A standard hotel fridge has been placed nearby. The beds are fine…but do not have fitted sheets??? Just flat sheets draped over the mattress. Will not be visiting again.

Stayed two nights. It was as expected. Budget hotel, clean rooms with breakfast included. Staff was very nice at front desk and restaurant. No maid service even though we hung the sign on the door requesting it. Not a big deal as we only stayed two nights. For a pass through hotel on a road trip, I would stay again. Good value. Pool looks like it would be nice but it was closed due to early season before spring.

Nice place to stay for a night. Tile floors are a bit cold in the room but beds and bedding are comfortable. Room was clean and more than adequate overall. Keurig coffee maker and supplies was a nice touch. Continental breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options and some hot dishes too for a heartier breakfast. Front desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very clean, it was nice to see how clean our room was. Our room was noisy. There was a constant hum, and lots of constant creeking/thumping. The room was HOT. We turned off the heat, had the air conditioner running all day, had to turn it off at night because it was too noisy, then the room heated up. Great breakfast variety

Very large rooms, some renovated nicely. Nice view in the back with some trees and pool. Pool only open in summers, to be expected as it's outdoor. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing, in the lovely dining area with warm decorative touches. I felt safe as a single female traveller. Room was well stocked with microwave, coffee maker, small fridge. For the price the value is great, I will stay here again. Thank you!

We had an issue when checking in as it became clear that it was impossible to access our room. The manager handled this exceptionally well and I wish I caught her name to praise her. In addition, the breakfast was a hot meal (reasonably well done) but again the staff stood out for helpfulness. We would like to return when the flowers are out and the pool is open.

The staff at the property is rude. The room has a continuous vibration, you feel like there is a earthquake happening. We booked the hotel after viewing the pictures uploaded on expedia but the pool and hot pool both were closed. It should have mentioned on the website that they are closed so that we could have booked another property. This was the worst experience!

Hello Deepanshu,We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We were not aware of the issue with the room until now, if you had brought it up to us, we would have definitely changed room for you. As for the pool and hot tub, it clearly states on Expedia's website that the pool is open only from May 31 until September 27 and is a seasonal pool.
