"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "

"Property has very limited parking, so many cars had to park on the street. Do not expect to park in the hotel lot. There was no air conditioning, which surprised us since we had just stayed at a Teneo Apparthotel that had great A/C. (Yes, I should have checked the website more carefully). The hotel is next to a building with short-term apartment, not very nice to see. But the hotel was clean and breakfast was pretty good. Convenient to airport and tram. "

"Overall a great value. Staff was very helpful. Location was close to many main parts of the city. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit hard and the bathroom a bit awkward but overall a great place to stay with the family. "
