Salisbury Mills Trip

I wish there was a microwave and fridge but other than that place was great. Very clean, bed was nice, TV worked fine.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

Clean, comfortable room in a perfect location in midtown by Times Square. There are not a lot of frills, but the room was clean, the bed was good, and the pillows were perfect (which is hard to come by).

Medium size refrigerator nice. Microwave, and all you need to cook a basic food.
