"At check in the lady was unconcerned that we needed a ground floor room. Told me that the only ground floor room remaining was in terrible condition. Our room was very smelly and one of the comforters looked like it had black grease on it at the head area. Breakfast area sucked"

"Large room, comfortable bed, walking distance to bars and restaurants make this a really nice place. The property seems to be kept well, and the breakfast was great. The staff was great, especially at breakfast. We have enjoyed staying here several times in the past few years."

"Very friendly and helpful staff members, elevators worked, all locks worked the entire hotel and rooms were all very well cleaned and linens all stocked and we loved the very colorful decor. The bed and comforter and sheets were so very soft we felt like we were sleeping on the clouds. There were a lot of great choices for breakfast and they start serving at 5am. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."
