"I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay in a Luxury Suite at Fairmont Rabat. Despite the premium rate, the experience fell significantly short of the brand’s luxury standards.
During lunch at the lounge, my order remained incomplete after 35 minutes, forcing me to leave for an event without finishing my meal. No apology was offered. Later that evening, I ordered room service with a quoted 45-minute wait; the food never arrived, and after waiting three hours without an update or call, I went to sleep hungry. Furthermore, the suite's heater was non-functional, and the shower water pressure was weak before failing entirely mid-use.
While the front desk staff was polite during checkout, my concerns were met without urgency or any attempt at resolution or management involvement. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will address these service failures and lack of accountability to ensure future guests receive the experience expected of a Fairmont property."

First of all, I don't write BAD reviews because I am also a businessman and I want to give every business a chance to grow especially in these harsh business conditions.
Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here.
Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025.
I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply.
They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working.
I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me.
The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working.
I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours.
