El hotel no trabaja con expedía desde el 2019 y cuando llegamos al hotel me echaron y no me dejaron ni explicarme indicándome q no era la primera vez q ocurría , e imposible hablar o reclamar a expedía , nadie responde ni nadie atiende

Hubo un error con la reserva. En mi documentación ponía que eramos 3 (habitación triple) y a ellos se les remitió que eramos dos (habitación doble). Por suerte el personal de recepción lo solucionó con eficacia y sin ningún problema. El sitio es encantador, agradable, muy limpio y con el desayuno abundante y variado. El personal amable, simpático y muy pendiente de sus clientes. Totalmente recomendable, si duda cuando volvamos a la zona, volveremos a alojarnos alli. Muchas gracias, Las Nieves !!!
