The hotel in general is good, but the air conditioning system DOES NOT EXIST, it is a non-standard air conditioning system, which means that there is heat in the room and you have to sleep with the windows open and in our case we were on the floor Low, I would not return nor recommend this hotel

Dear Reynaldo, thank you for your visit, and your feedback. The hotel is climatised with aerotermia and radiant floor, with a circuit of hot water in winter and very cold water in summer. We haven't changed to summer system jet, this is why you didn't feel the room pleasantly fresh. Sorry about that, Reynaldo.

Location: Excellent Staff: Very nice Room: somewhat small but equipped with everything you need. Breakfast: Good but out of all the days that we were there, there was no one there. Beverages such as coffee or orange juice are served. So with no staff there there is no way that one can get their morning coffee. The lady would later come up and serve us. Not practical There is a place on the rooftop that is SUPER nice, quiet, and spacious for those who need to do some work. The hotel has an elevator. However, you need to walk and carry your suitcase up to the entrance of the hotel. OVERALL still very good.

On a Perfect Plaza in a Fairy Tale University City
This hotel couldn't be more centrally located! It's literally 20 steps from the Plaza Mayor on a lovely tranquil plaza of its own. The rooms are ample and comfy. It has everything you need to make a meal, and sleeps four. If you need to park your car, do call to ask the reception how to access the garage they use.

Excellent choice for Salamanca
Room was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Rosa at reception was helpful and friendly as were all the staff. Great location just a minute walk away from the plaza mayor. Superb value for money. Heartily recommend.

This ultramodern renovation is perhaps not what you'd expect to find in the old city in a centuries old place like Salamanca, but the updates are very well done and it really fits into the block pretty well. The location is terrific, a great place to explore the Plaza Mayor, the university, the cathedral, and all the other historic sites we all go there to see. Everything is easily walkable. The staff were friendly and efficient. An excellent value.

Location: Excellent. Walkable to all the key sights. Great restaurants right at the doorsteps and short walks in the area. Room: Room 205 Comfortable bed, night tables, writing desk with chair, plus two barstools with a high desk (a couple can eat a meal here). This room faced the front of the hotel with a lovely balcony and view of the small tree lined courtyard. The electronic shades in the balcony were lovely for darkness and privacy. The TV had at least one English Channel BBC News - so this was sufficient to keep up with world news. The kitchenette was fantastic - cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen knife, can opener, a fry pan, cooking pot, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, decent size fridge with freezer, sink, dish soap and sponge, two burner electric cooktop we’re all included. Bathroom was large, large plush towels, great back lighted mirror, large rain shower head with good water pressure but the controls for the hot/cold water were NOT user friendly and hard to turn. Lobby was pleasant looking and welcoming but there are about one dozen steps to climb to get up to the reception for check in. Once up at reception then there is an elevator to take you up to your room. Both the ladies Asuncion and Rosa always had a smile on their faces, always greeted every hotel guest, and were helpful in every way. In summary, this was a great hotel and we loved our stay here. Highly recommended
Amazing place to stay. So convenient for visiting the old city. The staff could not be more helpful, advising on restaurants to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary (and rescuing us when we took a wrong turn in the car... definitely head straight for the car park le mans, do not attempt to enter plaza de la libertad via satnav!). Fixtures and fittings are excellent. Highly recommended.

Lovely Plaza setting
Great small apartment. Bed was comfortable. Loved having the small balcony overlooking the Plaza. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Lots of restaurants around & close to all the major sites. The lady at the front desk was helpful.

It was located very close to the Plaza Mayor, on a quiet smaller plaza. It was a 10-min walk to anywhere downtown. Very nice, clean place. My only complaint is the A/C. It is not a very efficient system. The floor gets cold, but you do not feel it so much in the air. They provide air fans to circulate it, but you end up with a soar throat from the constant current and the cold floor. It is not a good A/C system.

We were absolutely delighted with this facility. Very conveniently located, withing walking distance of everything you would want to do. Room was tastefully designed and furnished, and the little balcony overlooking the Plaza was a joy to have the morning tea on. Breakfast had good variety, was fresh and delicious. Staff were phenomenal...very friendly with us, joked with us and each other. This place is a gem hiding in plain sight. Should we ever go back to Salamanca (and that would be a joy in itself) we would definitely reserve here again. I'd almost be willing to guarantee people's money if they didn't like it. A distinct pleasure!

We were a couple travelling with an infant and had a studio apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. The room was small and clean and extremely well-located. Would recommend.

A very comfortable home from home
I enjoyed a warm welcome from the receptionist. The period exterior of the building is in contrast to the smart contemporary interior. The accommodation is far more than a hotel room, with kitchenette including fridge, microwave and cooker. There are sufficient pots, pans and dishes to prepare a simple meal. A nice bottle of local wine was waiting for me on the side. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very well appointed. Electric shutters close off the windows from the social square outside and I got a very good night’s sleep. There is no on site parking but there is a secured and manned public underground car park. This is locked up and secured at 02.30 each night. Salamanca is a wonderful city and I will certainly visit again and stay at the Salamanca Suite Studios.

Perfect location for sightseeing, very close to Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Room is small but sufficient, has everything one needs and super clean. The staff is really friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed staying there for two nights.
