I stayed there for a week and had a positive experience. Staff were very good and service oriented. I really enjoyed morning breakfast there. Definitely would stay there again!

Muy limpio, desayuno muy bueno, el único detalle es que estábamos registradas 4 personas y solo había 2!toallas en el baño, 2 botellas de agua.

By far the best hotel we stayed in. Clean and safe. The hotel has security check in at the parking entrance which makes it safe. Breakfast was awesome and staff is beyond great. I would definitely stay here over again and again.

Absolutely recomended
This is a super clean hotel. The check-in & check-out process were so fast and the frontdesk and the waiters in the restaurant so kindly.

VERY DISAPOINTING.
No hot water (warm, not hot enough). At least 5 TV channels without enough audio because TV is controlled and you cannot volume up. In the breakfast there are filter employees that WILL NOT LET YOU SEE WHAT YOU CAN EAT. Very dissapointing.

Great stay! Great breakfast.
Very clean nice hotel. What you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is great. In the outskirts, easy to leave to the airport or Guanajuato. Walmart and mall near by.

Great place to stay.
This hotel appears to be almost new. Very nice condition. Rooms were very nice as well as the complimentary breakfast. The only thing I did not like, was there was no door between the bathroom and the rest of the room. I found this very odd.

Best stay in Salamanca...
Brand new hotel, with great amenities, pools are well keep and the outdoor patio is very charming. The location maybe a factor for some people as it is outside the city. But for me it was a plus ! The tranquility was priceless. But about all was the service provide to me from the front desk Brenda to the person attending the bar, Robert, Chef. And Senora Liz.

Excellent hotel
The employees were very friendly and courteous. The front desk even made a bus reservation going to another city for me and I was given a free ride to the bus depot. It is a nearly brand new hotel, no more than a year or two old. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay in this hotel again.

En general todo muy bien, tal vez un poco más de variedad en la carta de alimentos. En las consolas de video juegos más controles y cables Lo que no fue nada agradable fue que eran las 4am y tenían música a todo volumen en la parte de la terraza, fue muy difícil para mi conciliar el sueño
