"When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous weeds and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which...
