"The hostel itself is about what you would expect small/cheap but the beds only had flatsheets over the mattresses. No big deal at first but within five minutes i got my first bug bite i assumed a misquote and went to bed. I woke up with dozens of bites all over my arms, legs, back and stomach then looked over at my friend sleeping and and saw large bed bugs crawling everywhere, i killed one and the rest ran. "The hotel in general is good, but the air conditioning system DOES NOT EXIST, it is a non-standard air conditioning system, which means that there is heat in the room and you have to sleep with the windows open and in our case we were on the floor Low, I would not return nor recommend this hotel"

"This is a beautiful, modern, well designed and spotlessly clean apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. I've sadly had to give 4 stars instead of 5, as we were very unlucky that we were allocated an apartment just inside the entrance, next to the access and lift. Externally, people and cars were passing within inches of our windows. This meant the curtains had to be permanently closed, so we had no idea what the weather was like outside.
