"The room wasn't ready by check in time. The tv didnt work. There was no extra bedding for the pull out couch"

"The hotel is badly in need of basic maintenance. There was tape over the elevator button in the lobby. They had tried to fix the closet door latch with tape that wasn’t holding, so that door was always open. There was a stain on the sheets on the bed. There was a stain of something on the shower curtain. The cover over the controls on the window unit A/C came off when I would lift it to control the temperature. Overall, it was all kind of gross. Would not stay there again. They badly need to fix and replace things. I was in room 201. "

"Lobby and commons areas were clean and well kept. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Great for a no frills stay."
