Overall great service. The staff was friendly and did their best to accomodate. The ocean water was deep enough to swim easily, but the visibility was poor. Contrastingly, much of Tumon Bay in Guam is too shallow to swim in comfortably, but the visibility is good. Saipan is an interestingly place historically with great beaches and climate.

The staff were very courteous and professional. Hotel is steps away from the beach, but you also have access to two pools! Slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. Lots of dining options. We ate at the buffet in the dining room as well as at the bar. KUDOS to the chef and the wait staff. We had a wonderful time. The only downside… just outside the hotel many of the businesses are permanently closed. But the resort was so nice we had no problem spending our time on the property.

I love this hotel. Beautiful, clean (the staff clean everything every day), artfully designed. Love that the bathroom had a bidet. It’s right on Micro Beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I love everything about it!

Best hotel in Saipan

I can say this is the vest hotel in Saipan. Room was clean, staffs was very kind. Hotel has the greate ocean view, and nice swimming pool available at night. It locates in the downtown, easy yo access to stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel offered easy access to the beach. All of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. The chef even was accessible to the guests. They front desk was very helpful! Love this hotel!
